The Food Journey

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF FOOD SYSTEMS

A group that maintains a collective investigation platform on the food system connected to the Greater São Paulo area to encourage responsible consumption. The platform will host contents produced by the group through their own information as well as that of partners. The aim is to organize a course on Food Systems inside the Sustainability Graduate Program at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities at the University of São Paulo (EACH – USP).
